AISY is a non-profit organization. Every riyal of tuition goes directly back into the education your child receives — experienced teachers, an authentic American curriculum aligned to AERO and the Common Core, specialist classes in Arabic, Islamic Studies, PE, art, and music, and the small class sizes that mean every scholar is known by name.

- Seat Deposit (returning scholars) — Applied toward tuition 4,000 SAR
- Transport Fee (optional) — Plus VAT 5,300 SAR

- • Annual tuition figures are shown exclusive of VAT. In compliance with current KSA regulations, tuition and fees are subject to 15% VAT; VAT is not applicable to Saudi students.
- • Tuition includes textbooks, classroom assessments and reporting, and standardised assessments.
- • This is not a temporary discount or short-term promotional rate — it is the new base tuition structure moving forward.
- • Tuition may be increased annually by up to a maximum of 5%, subject to approval by the Board of Trustees.
- • A 2.5% late-payment fee is applied monthly to outstanding unpaid balances.
- • Tuition refunds are issued only for unattended semesters; attendance of one week or more in a semester negates eligibility for a refund for that semester.
Middle School (Grades 6–8) joins AISY for the 2026–2027 academic year. Tuition for Grades 6–8 is confirmed at registration — contact our admissions team for current figures.
What tuition includes
Annual tuition covers the full core of your child’s learning at AISY:
- Textbooks and classroom learning materials
- Ongoing classroom assessments and progress reporting
- Standardised assessments
That means no surprise fees for the everyday business of learning. Tuition figures shown above are exclusive of VAT. In compliance with current regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, tuition and fees are subject to 15% VAT. VAT is not applicable to Saudi students.
Additional fees
A one-time, non-refundable assessment and processing fee of 500 SAR is due for each new applicant at the point of application. Upon acceptance, an annual registration / capital fee of 5,000 SAR (5,750 SAR including VAT) secures your child’s place for the year. Returning scholars confirm their seat with a refundable seat deposit of 4,000 SAR, which is applied toward tuition.
Optional transport is available for 5,300 SAR plus VAT per year.

- Seat deposits: For returning scholars, seat deposits are refundable before the published withdrawal deadline through completion of the school’s withdrawal forms.
