We only collect personal information that you choose to provide and a limited amount of technical data needed to operate the site.
Information You Provide
When you complete our contact form or our Book a Tour form, we collect the details you enter, which may include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The child’s grade level or year of interest (where requested)
- Any message or comments you submit
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, arrange a campus visit, and support your family through the admissions process.
Information Collected Automatically
When you browse the site, our analytics tools collect standard technical information such as your approximate location (country or city), browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Advertising tools collect information only after you accept them through our cookie banner, as described below.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We treat basic analytics differently from advertising:
- Basic analytics runs from your first visit. Google Analytics 4 measures page views and general usage so we can see which pages families find useful. It does not build an advertising profile of you.
- Advertising and marketing cookies stay off until you accept them using the consent banner shown on your first visit. This covers remarketing, ad personalisation, and campaign measurement.
- Declining turns both off, including basic analytics.
The services we use are:
- Google Tag Manager (container GTM-WZHKCD87) - manages the loading of the tags below.
- Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-33Q6RW1B2D) - helps us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Active from your first visit unless you decline.
- Microsoft Clarity - provides behavioral analytics, heatmaps, and session replay to help us understand how visitors interact with our website and improve its usability. Clarity collects information about interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movements, along with device and browser information, and uses cookies and similar technologies. Microsoft processes this data; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement for details about its collection and use of information.
- Google Ads (conversion ID AW-940893859) - measures the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. Loads only after you accept.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel (ID 851873408015659) - measures the performance of campaigns we run on Facebook and Instagram. Loads only after you accept.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the banner, and you can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Withdrawing consent will not affect your ability to use the site or to contact us.
These providers are based outside Saudi Arabia, so using them involves transferring and storing this information abroad, including in the United States.
How Form Submissions Are Handled
When you submit the contact or Book a Tour form, your details are transmitted securely to the school’s admissions inbox and recorded in our admissions records so that our team can follow up with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use form submissions for advertising. Access to these submissions is limited to AISY staff who need it to assist you.
Third-Party Processors
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate this website and our outreach:
- Google LLC - analytics, tag management, and advertising measurement.
- Microsoft Corporation - website interaction analytics, heatmaps, and session replay through Microsoft Clarity.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. - advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel.
These providers process data on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable terms. Their processing, including any additional uses by Microsoft, is described in their privacy policies and applicable terms.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to admissions inquiries and schedule campus tours
- Communicate with prospective and enrolled families
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website
- Measure the reach and effectiveness of our communications and advertising
Consent and How to Withdraw It
By accepting cookies through our banner, you consent to the advertising processing described above, in addition to the basic analytics that runs by default. Declining turns off both. By submitting a form, you consent to us using your details to respond to you. You may withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your cookie choices, by clearing cookies in your browser, or by emailing admissions@aisy.edu.sa to request that we stop using your information.
Data Retention
We keep contact and tour-request information only for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and support a possible enrollment, after which it is securely archived or deleted in line with our records practices. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings and periods of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. If you would like your information removed sooner, please contact us.
Children’s Privacy
As a school, much of the information we hold relates to children, but it is provided by parents and guardians, not by children directly. This website is intended for use by adults - parents, guardians, and prospective staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this site. Information about enrolled students is handled under the school’s internal student-records and data-protection practices rather than this website policy.
Your Rights and Data Requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you from this website, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, email admissions@aisy.edu.sa with your name and the details of your request, and we will respond as promptly as we can.
