How to apply
Our secure online portal makes the process straightforward. Create an account, start a new scholar application, and save your progress as you go — you can log in and out at any time, track your admissions status, and reprint any forms you need.
Applications are open for Preschool (PreK3, PreK4, Kindergarten; ages 3–5), Elementary (Grades 1–5), and Middle School (Grades 6–8).

What you will need
Gather these items before you begin, or upload them as you go. All documents must be in English; certified translations are required for any document in another language.
- Completed online application
- Scholar’s immunization history
- Scholar’s passport
- Guardian’s passport
- Scholar’s Iqama or Saudi ID
- Guardian’s Iqama or Saudi ID
- Two years of final report cards, plus current year-to-date grades
- Previous school profile, including an explanation of the grading scale
- Standardised test records from the past two years
- Family ID (for Saudi nationals)
- Guardian’s business card (if applicable)
- A reference letter from the scholar’s current principal or school counsellor
A few additional notes
- Saudi nationals must obtain Ministry of Education approval before attending class.
- International transfers must have documents stamped by the relevant Saudi Embassy or Consulate. Grade-equivalence forms require parental attestation from the appropriate education authorities.

Admissions assessment
Every accepted candidate completes an admissions assessment. This helps us place your child in exactly the right class — not the class based only on age or grade level abroad, but the one where they will thrive and grow from day one.
What happens after you apply
Here is the full path from application to first day of school:
- Submit your online application and supporting documents.
- Our admissions team reviews your application.
- If tentatively accepted, we schedule an admissions assessment.
- The assessment fee is paid.
- Your scholar completes the assessment.
- We review results alongside your submitted records.
- An acceptance decision is shared with your family.
- Enrollment and registration are completed — and your child has a place at AISY.
