The American International School of Yanbu (AISY) is a branch of the American International School of Jeddah — a school families have trusted since 1952. AISY brings that same standard of authentic American education to Yanbu’s Royal Commission community, serving scholars from Preschool (PreK3, PreK4, Kindergarten) through Elementary (Grades 1–5) and Middle School (Grades 6–8).

Part of the AISJ family
The American International School of Jeddah, established in 1952, is U.S.-accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and a member of the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the Near East South Asia Council of Overseas Schools (NESA). AISY is a branch of AISJ, carrying those standards and that care to Yanbu.
That means selectively recruited teachers, an authentic American curriculum aligned to AERO standards and the Common Core, and a whole-child approach that has shaped international families for generations. AISY is Yanbu’s direct connection to that proven model.
Our campus
AISY occupies a 10,000+ sqm purpose-built campus in Radwa 1, Royal Commission, Yanbu — on the Red Sea coast. Learning spaces are designed for young children: collaborative classrooms, room to move, and an environment where every scholar feels safe and known.
The school welcomes 20+ nationalities, hosts 30+ community events a year, and offers 12+ after-school activities. It is a community in the full sense — not just a building.
